ADHD & Autism is written and published by the consultant psychiatrists at Plexus Psychiatry, a CQC-registered private clinic in Peterborough assessing ADHD and autism at any age, online across the UK.

We say that plainly because it matters. Plenty of health information online is published by companies with something to sell and does not admit it. We do have something to sell — assessments — and you should read what follows knowing that.

What we have tried to do in return is write the pages we would want a relative to find. Every article names the free routes alongside the paid ones, including NHS Right to Choose and the realistic waiting times, and the screening tests are free with no sign-up and no score held back behind an email.

Nothing here is a diagnosis or personal medical advice. A diagnosis needs a full developmental history, information from someone who knew you as a child where possible, and a clinician ruling out the alternatives. No web page does that.
